Pellet rattle: Hollow rattle of wicker work, the base formed by disc of calabash, wide loop handle of cane attached to sides of wicker receptacle. Enclosed a number of pellets. The loop handle is plaited wood work, the wicker body covered with deep fringe of bast strips.[DCF Court Team 7/2/2003]
