1898.8.2.2Carved and painted lid for bowl with figure [1898.8.2 .1]. The lid is shaped like the top half of a fowl. The head, except for the crest, is painted black, the wings are painted purple with black spots, and the tail feathers are carved and painted in stripes of black and the natural colour of the wood.
