This is one item from a complete costume [1906.40.8 .1 - .6]. 1906.40.8.4: Square of woven textile (red with blue diamond design) onto which has been sewn a double border of white buttons. At the centre is a cross of the same buttons with the lid of white ceramic vessel tied with a small blue bead toggle.[CM]
