- Woman's hair tie
- Long description
- Woman's hair tie: a narrow band of fine complementary-warp weave in a variety of diamond and chevron patterns in red and pink with a green border and brown weft. Further bands have been created at each end on intersecting transverse warps, giving numerous fringed units at each end of the hair tie. The extra bands have various complementary-warp patterns, but are very short and rely mostly on their multicoloured re-plied fringes for effect. Warp spin Z2S; fringe Z2SZ; weft Z2S; warp count 112 epi (45/cm); weft count 32 ppi 13/cm).
