Belt in warp-faced double weave
Long description
Further description - Belt in warp-faced double weave (Rowe 1977: 94ff); zigzag plant motif with flowers and condors. 12 oblique interlaced units at one end; flat braid at each end. Chemical dyes. Probably sheep's wool and camelid fibre. Warp spin Z2S; weft S2Z; warp count 48 epi: (19/cm); weft count 16 ppi (7/cm).
