Long description
Wooden flask for gunpowder. The flask is circular and flat at the back and flat with a raised boss at the front. Both sides of the flask are carved with geometrical designs but the front is much more intricately and heavily carved. At the center of the raised boss there is a hole probably meant for a piece of coral. At the top of the body, on either side of the base of the neck are two triangular pieces of wood each with one perforation. [MdeA]
