- Wooden flask for gunpowder. Main body of the flask is circular and fairly flat apart from a slightly raised boss in the centre of the front of the flask. The boss has been worn down. In the centre of the boss there is a metal ?nail. The front and back of the flask's body and neck are carved with geometric designs, also very worn. At the top of the main body of the flask there are two perforations on either side of the neck. Two strips of leather have been threaded through one of the perforations. One leather strip has a leather stopper at the end of it. There is leather around the edge of the whole body of the flask. The base of the neck is broken and has been mended with wooden pegs. MdeA]
