Description
Wooden flask for gunpowder.
Long description
Main body of the flask is circular and fairly flat apart from a slightly raised boss in the centre of the front of the flask. The boss has been worn down. The front of the flask's body is carved with geometric designs, also very worn. At the top of the main body of the flask there are two perforations on either side of the neck. The neck of the vessel is carved and there are signs of worn carving also on the back of the neck. The back of the main flask is not carved. [MdeA]
