Oval shopping basket designed at L’Ecole Nationale de Vannerie et de l’Osiericulture at Fayl-Billot (see Wright 1983:58). White willow. Made on a 5-piece wooden mould. Corded handle and border. Round rods used for base, skeined sides. French randed.
