Description
Smooth bore, percussion cap pistol disguised as a whip. The pistol is muzzle-loading. [MdeA 03/12/2008]
Long description
Smooth bore, percussion cap pistol disguised as a whip. The pistol is muzzle-loading. The pistol is composed of three parts. Firstly, handle with the firing mechanism. Secondly, the barrel with the whip attached. Thirdly, a muzzle-plug with an attached ramrod. [MdeA 03/12/2008] The percussion mechanism is contained in the main body (when cocked a small folding trigger projects from one side). It unscrews in the middle to allow capping, the smaller end acting as the barrel when the muzzle-cap (attached to a ramrod) is removed. [HH 25/06/2010]
