Long description
Round stuffed cushion or footrest/stool, decorated with beading on the top and sides. The top of the cushion is decorated with beads in geometric and floral designs, and four lines of and text. The text reads ‘OWA’, ‘AJIMOKO II’, ‘ILESHA’, and ‘1948’. The side of the cushion is decorated with beads in faces and panels of geometric design. The base is leather and not beaded. There are three triangular flaps stitched to the edge of the cushion. [MJD (Verve) 24/4/2017]
