Long description
Painting [.1] of a new year scene mounted on a roll and stored in a wooden box with a base [.2] and lid [.3]. The painting is mounted on one white ivory rod at the end. The painting is mounted on paper covered with a light blue silk brocade textile with gold flowers. The entire painting is stored in a wooden box. The lid of the box has handwritten characters on both sides. The box has a label at either end, one is written in Japanese, the other says: Kazen IM New Year Scene [SM 22/04/2008]
