Long description
Sword. The sword is made from wood and consists of a grip handle at one end and a roughly triangular shaped body which is pointed at one end. The handle is covered with a weave of cane and ?coconut fibre and also partially wrapped with plaited plant fibre string, The main body of the sword, which is elliptical in section, is edged with two rows of sharks' teeth which have been perforated and bound to a length of cane with ?coconut fibre string.
