Long description
Red ware pottery bowl with flattened base, rounded sides which narrow to a short cylindrical neck and an expanding flat rim. There is a band of incised diagonal patterning at the shoulder and below that is a painted band of red paint. Bowl for use when making offerings at pagodas and other shrines.
