Research and responses

There is evidence that collector made warbonnets. The collection includes supplies of the orange-red, white and blue beads used on this specimen, and there is an empty tin marked 'silver'. However, most of the beadwork assumed to have been done by collector is on hessian rather than leather. There is a list in RDF including specification for 30 pieces of rawhide of the size of strips binding the feathers on this specimen.
