Imitation sword in scabbard of carved wood with willow shavings attached.
Long description
Imitation sword in scabbard of carved wood with willow shavings attached. The tip of the sheath is covered with a metal heel. There are metal bands across the front of the sheath. The willow strips are bound to the front of the sheath with four bands of willow. The handle is decoratively carved and has inlaid bands. There is a piece of plant string tied to the sheath for suspension. [MJD 05/02/2014]
