- Blue Chinese-style man's jacket [COB 13/9/2018]
- Long description
- Loose-fitting silk tunic with gilt brocade patterns woven into the material. The patterns feature two dragons facing each other within a circle, with abstract floral and cloud designs. In the centre of these dragons in gold there is one of two things; either ia symmetrical design or a character. The stitching appears machine sewn, with detailed linear stitching on the collar. At the base of the collar are two gold coloured bell shaped pieces of metal, both of which are attached using cording made from the same material as the dark royal blue lining. At the base of these pieces there is a concentric circle design made up of dots and lines, at the centre there is a swastika. The one on the left (when looking at the jacket) of the jacket acts as a button, held by a loop made of the same cord. There is one more side fastening attached in the same way. There is a pocket on the left (when looking at the jacket). [COB 13/9/2018]
