Amulet. Charm used by barren women in fertility rites. Consisting of a section of bone, five thick squares of slate, one shell, a copper alloy coin, one blue glass bead and one large bead, which is green, white and red in colour. Strung together with knotted string. [ASh [OPS move] 04/12/2017]
