1932.88.285Glazed pottery pillar lamp. Pillar lamp of red ware glazed to appear brownish. The bottom saucer has a depression for pouring. The pillar narrows from the bottom saucer to a cylinder with grooved bands as decoration. The upper saucer is smaller and also has a small depressed lip. The handle is broken off and missing. 1938.35.1256Candle snuffer. The snuffing box is rectangular in shape with an unadorned domed top. The snuffing plate when closed is recessed into the snuffing box. One cutting blades is a traditional scissor blade (straight with an inner cutting edge), the other is expanded in a 'D' shape with a raised lip towards the tip. This object is unadorned.
