Long description
Cardboard box lid, part of a box containing set of Japanese kites. Rectangular lid stapled at the corners. The outside is decorated with a border of pink stylised fish scales and illustrations of the three carp kites flying over a landscape. Either side of the images of the kites are panels of Japanese characters. For the other constituent parts of this set see [1985.20.1 .1 - 12]. [CW [OPS Move] 23/6/2017]
