Long description
Embroidered fabric pen wiper. Formed of two flat fabric circles with folded circles within, the uppermost in blue velvet, others in felt. All edges are blanket stitched in yellow and red thread, the upper and lower pieces decorated in feather stitch. There is a yellow silk covered button in the centre. [BS [OPS Move] 18/5/2017]
