- A small tube of bamboo, an air-duct for a pair of piston bellows. - Long description
- A pair of bamboo piston bellows [.1-.4] with bamboo air-ducts [.5-.6] and a fire-proof clay nozzle [.7]. The two pistons [.1 and .3] are made from a long thin piece of bamboo, split into many thin pieces at one end and covered with animal skin that is held on with plant fibre. The animal skin has traces of grey fur on the outer surface. The two bellows [.2 and .4] are made from hollow lengths of bamboo with a circular hole on one side where the two bamboo air-ducts [.6-.7] are inserted. These are made from lengths of bamboo with roughly chopped edges. The nozzle [.7] is slightly conical in shape with thick walls. [SM (Verve) 16/09/2014]
