Long description
Rectangular basketry lid. Light brown material on the interior, and light brown and black on the exterior. The top is decorated with alternating rectangles of colour with two squares in the centre made up of different coloured triangles. The sides have a geometric scroll pattern which runs around the entire lid. The rim is reinforced with a framework of bent ?cane tied to it, both internally and externally.
