Long description
Wooden lid belonging to bamboo lime box. The top of the stopper is decoratively carved with ?foliate designs. The sides are stained. A twisted plant fibre loop is threaded through a perforation in the top of the stopper. For the carved lime box see 1908.59.54 .1. [CW [OPS Move] 25/10/2016]
