Long description
Mast and sail for a model boat or 'spirit ship'. The sail is made from textile and is wound into a coil around a piece of wood. There is a piece of string attached to one end of the textile. Broken away from a long strip of wood that is being used as a mast. Part of a ‘Spirit ship’, that includes a boat [1902.53.3 .1], a mast [1902.53.3 .3], part of a mast [1902.53.3 .4], a shell [1902.53.3 .5] and four pieces of plant leaf [1902.53.3 .6].
