Jointed metal candle snuffer or extinguisher. One arm is constructed like a pair of tongs which terminate in curled rectangular paddles which would hold the candle. The other arm terminates in a cone and has the letters 'LTD' stamped into it. There is a double pricker attached to the upper arm which fits between the two arms. There is a perforated disc of wax still attached to the interior of the cone. [MOBB [OPS move] 08/07/2016]
