Long description
White porcelain teacup decorated on the exterior with orange chrysanthemums bordered in gold and white, purple and green Chrysanthemums painted around them. There is a green, yellow and red painted above the foot which is bordered in black. Around the foot is a red and gold ladder pattern. The makers mark on the foot consists of kanji and hiragana. The rim is bordered with gold. The interior is plain. One of a Set of five teacups [1996.17.217 .1- .5] (teapot broken). [MOBB [OPS move] 29/02/2016]
