Additional information supplied by Lauris and James Phillips 5/7/2000 - This object is a collar tip or ornament. Mechanically polished on the outside. Repoussé work. This type of ornament was not worn after 1939. This piece was probably made in the 1920s. The repoussé has been repaired. [MdeA 13/9/2000]
