- Long description
- Pair of caribou skin moccasins [.1-.2] bound with ribbon and embroidered with floral design. The foot opening is bound with blue ribbon and a strip of red flannel binds the ankle. The vamp is embroidered with yarn in a simple floral design and piped with split bird quill, which is red, and coiled in an open spiral on the white bird-quill filler. The heel seam is welted. The stitching is in sinew. [SM (Verve) 25/03/2014]
