- Amulet, diamond shaped embroidered silk pendant, with a Marian motif on one side and 'IHS' on the other, with a metal loop for suspension. On one side of the pendant 'IHS' is in the centre of a floral embroidered design. The motif is comprised of metal sequins and coils of metal wire stitched onto the silk textile background. On the other side there is an 'Auspice Maria' motif in the centre of a floral embroidered design. The motif is comprised of coils of metal wire and strips of metal stitched onto the silk textile background. There is a metal loop for suspension at the top, and a textile tassel of multiple colours suspended from the bottom corner of the pendant. There silk has worn in places. The structure of the pendant has been constructed in ?cardboard, and perhaps it contains ?relics. [RB 30/07/2012]
