Long description
Amulet, oval shaped silver reliquary pendant, containing a textile relic belonging to St. Vincent de Paul, with a loop for suspension. The relic in a piece of textile, mounted on a red coloured textile, and enclosed by a 'v' shape comprised of coiled gold coloured metal wire. Below the relic there is a strip of paper with 'St V. de Paul' in black ink on it. Below the paper there is a sequin. All of which is mounted behind a panel of glass, and the front of the metal pendant has been ?cast with an ornate design. [RB 20/04/2012]
