- Long description
- Embroidered bag. The bag is square and made from indigo dyed cotton. The front of the bag is embroidered with eight bands of decoration. The decoration alternates between geometric patterns in cross stitch and stain stitch in pink colours in silk yarn and floral motifs embroidered in couching on rectangular pieces of silk. The bottom corners of the bag have fringing. The bag has a decorative woven cotton carrying strap. [FB 08/06/2012]
