Long description
Arm ornament. The ornament consists of a length of woven brown and yellow plant fibre tied at the ends to form a bracelet. There are twenty four oval coixseeds? which are a bluish colour attached to the woven bracelet of plant fibre with plant fibre yarn through a perforation in each end of the seed. [FB 25/04/2012]

The Dani people (also spelt Ndani) are one of the most populous tribes in the highlands of West Papua. The Dani are one of the most well-known ethnic groups due to the small numbers of tourists who visit the the Baliem Valley area where they predominate. [FB 27/04/2012]
