On one face a head with a design like a spider-web, enclosed by a pentagon, with Hebrew inscriptions; on the reverse a rectangle with a Hebrew inscription on each side and 12 compartments, each containing a permutation of a Hebrew word, the field having a Hebrew inscription in each quarter formed by the rectangle.
