Long description: Stone tool: handaxe. Made from a piece of grey stone. The dorsal side of the stone is characterised by three scar plains, of which the larger two have distinctive steep and curved edges. The distal end of the stone has been shaped to a point. [LKG 08/03/2010]

Research and responses: Following communication with David Morris at the Kimberley museum it seems that this collection may have been sent to Henry Balfour for his opinion on them, since a previous collection had been sent to him.
