Long description
Gourd. Part of goblet drum 1910.1.166 .1. Buzzing membrane gourd [.2] is no longer attached to drum. Membrane of the drum is secured to main body of drum with many metal nails. A circle of ?resin is on the top of the membrane. A framed image of a gourd [possibly .2?] is attached to the side of the body of the drum [.1] [FC 21/10/2008]
