Long description
The arms of the cross are irregular diamond-shapes. The lower arm extends into a straight handle at the base of which is an octagonal followed by another diamond shape. The octagon at the base of the handle is carved differently on either side with a cross. The main cross is carved identically on either side with a decorated intertwining band following the contours of the cross, and with a cross in the centre. [JP 19/3/2004]
