Description
Bamboo dart case decoratively incised on the outside and with two loops of plaited plant fibre around it. Contains approximately eleven darts made from slivers of bamboo and pith. [JP 15/1/2003]
Long description
Bamboo dart case incised with geometric decorative designs on the out side surface, with two bands of plaited plant fibre around it. At the bottom end of the case is a wooden cap sealed in to the case with resin [.1]. The darts case contains eleven [.2 - .12] darts, 10 of which [.2 - .11] are made from slivers of bamboo and a conical piece of pith at one end, and one of which [.12] has no pith.
