Double bedspread of patchwork triangles. [ZM 25/10/2005]
Long description
Double bedspread of patchwork triangles, predominately green and red sari borders and ends with silver and gold thread embroidery, arranged around inset sari squares of elephants, peacocks, geometric motifs, etc. in black on white tissue. The bedspread was treated on the back with PVA (poly vinyl acetate) before being backed with black cotton textile. [ZM 4/11/2005]
