Long description
Bow for turning a wood-turner's lathe. For the lathe see entry 1907.25.1 .1 - .4. The bow comprises a carved, piece of wood that tapers at both ends. At one end a shorted piece of wood has been attached to it with an iron band. A thick twisted string is tied around one end and bound around the other end and the shorter piece of wood.
