- Wooden double-pan balance with vertical handle which is attached, via a joint, to the vertical fulcrum of the single arm balance. The pans are attached to either end of the arm via twisted fibre cords. The pans consist of two flat baskets. The stone weight associated with this object is [1922.28.4 .2]. - The handle and balancing arm are decoratively carved with bands of ridges. The pans are circular, basket woven and shallow. The thin pieces of cane are wound around the rims. [MOBB [OPS move] 17/2/2017]
