Long description
Sickle. With a curved iron blade set into a turned wooden handle. From the tang the blade expands and curves and tapers to a pointed tip. The inner cutting edge is serrated. There is an ornamental scroll on the blade spine. The handle has carved bands and a bulbous terminal, the tang is exposed at the terminal forming a boss. [AB [OPS Move] 9/12/2016]
