Long description
Panji-basket containing a bundle of bamboo panjis [approximately 35], and decorated cotton baldric. The basket is conical and made of chequer woven cane. The cotton strip is brown in colour and decorated with rows of cowries and coix seeds. The calthrops or panjis have a spear sharpened point facing into the basket.
