- A medal commemorating the accession of William IV and Queen Adelaide to the British throne. The circular metal medal has a profile portrait of King and Queen, one on top of the other. The reverse of the medal has a rose, thistle and shamrock in the centre, topped by a crown. The medal is perforated with a small metal ring. [MJD 22/03/2010]
