Description
Handcuffs.
Long description
Made from a cylindrical metal bar hammered flat at one end and shaped into a crescent. The other end is rounded with a perforated loop. A single 'D' shaped cuff attached to the bar by two loops. A length of twisted rope is threaded through the looped end of the cylindrical bar. [CW [OPS Move] 11/4/2017]
