Wooden paddle carved with geometric decoration along its length. [SM 26/11/2008]
Long description
Wooden paddle carved with geometric decoration along its length. The paddle has a pointed, leaf shape blade and is decorated with four hour-glass-shaped holes through it and incised linear decoration. The paddle has a small grip and then continues to be carved with geometric designs and openwork to the flat, triangular shaped butt. The paddle has been varnished a dark brown and is stamped in numerous places with a circular stamp containing the number "24" [SM 12/09/2008]
