Long description
Ear ornament of brass, double-cylindrical made from two cartridge cases. The ornament has two lower halves of cartridge cases covered and held side by side with a long piece of brass. The outside piece of brass has a lip at the bottom. The two cartridges are different - one is stamped 'ELEY LONDON No. 12 GASLIGHT'. The second cartridge is stamped 'R.B. RODDA & CO. No. 12 KYNOCH CALCUTTA'. [MJD DDF Body Arts Project 2010/2011 26/10/2010]
