Description
Woollen sling
Long description
Sling with split decorated cradle and braided cords. The cradle is tapestry-woven of dark brown camelid fibre and plant fibre (?sisal )in a step pattern, bordered with red camelid fibre. At one end of the cradle is a short length of bird-patterned round braid in brown, white and red camelid fibre. The braided cords may also be of sisal. [LM 7/2/2007]
