Sledge or toboggan. Made from wood with metal runners. It is higher at one end and curves downwards. The wood is painted and carved with foliate designs. The initials "P B" are painted onto the back board. On the outer side of the back board there is a painted carving depicting a figure riding a horse which is led by a mythical creature.
