- Long description
- Iron lamp to hang or stand. Oblong pan with flat bottom and slightly expanding sides towards the front, which is also more curved. Curved arm projects vertically from the back, and then is twisted as it bends over the lamp and finishes in a loop. Long, square sectioned hook and spike is attached via a swivel loop to the arm. The wick and holder also function as the axle for the flat lid which rotates around it. Vertical arm attached at back of lamp, and it bends over the body. A cylindrical handle/filling spout projects from the shoulder and rim of the vessel which has a piece of wire metal tied around it. There is a small depressed wick nozzle in the rim.
